For KYC verification, 399bct may request proof of identity or address from the user at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

399bct currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account type and verification level.

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.
• No processing fees are charged on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own separate charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If a delay occurs due to technical reasons, please contact support.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing your winnings from 399bct is simple and straightforward. Funds are typically credited to your mobile wallet within 15 minutes to 24 hours after the request is processed.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 300 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to verified payment accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• If your account has an active bonus, the relevant wagering requirements must be fulfilled before making a withdrawal.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day; however, 399bct may request additional information for review.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 15–30x the bonus amount must be met. The exact rate is specified in each offer.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Once expired, any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts are prohibited: Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games. Using a bonus outside the games specified in the offer may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Referral Bonus: To qualify for the referral program, the referred friend must be a genuine new user. Artificial referrals will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399bct. Any account found engaging in them will be terminated immediately:

7 Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to submit the required documents.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (more than 365 days), the account will be considered inactive.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Service interruptions due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.

Under no circumstances shall 399bct's total liability exceed the user's total deposits made in the preceding 30 days.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
